CySEC approves bid on Empire

The CySEC has approved the prospectus for the mandatory Public Offer made to Empire Capital Investments Public Ltd (EMP) shareholders by Optagius Ltd, Stario Portfolio Investments Public Co Ltd, Yiannos Cassoulides, Alexis Charalambides and Michael Ioannou who together hold 52.32% of EMP’s issued share capital. The offer is at the price of EUR0.62 per share. The relevant approved prospectus will be publicly available on 20 July 2009
