Stario acquires Must Café in Engomi

Stario Investments Public Company Ltd (STAR) announced that it has reached an agreement with N.D.D. Special Publications Ltd for the acquisition of 50.1% of C.D.A Greem Café Ltd, owner of Must Café in Engomi. The agreement provides for the expansion of the trademark Must Café from C.D.A Greem Café Ltd under the Company’s management, which is also in line with the Company’s strategic targets for its development in the specific sector. The acquisition is based on a share capital increase of C.D.A Greem Café Ltd of EUR250,000.
