Cyprus business delegation to visit Romania

Commerce, Industry and Tourism Minister Antonis Paschalides departs Wednesday for Romania on an official visit, heading a business delegation organised by the Ministry in cooperation with Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KEBE) and the Cyprus – Romanian Business Association.
During his visit to Bucharest, Paschalides will have official meetings with his Romanian counterpart, namely the Minister of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Commerce and Business Environment of the country Constantin Nita and Deputy Economy Minister responsible for energy issues Tudor Serban.
He will also meet the Romanian Tourism Minister Elena Udrea.
The delegation comprises 28 Cypriot businessmen who will showcase Cyprus as an international business center. To this effect, a seminar to present Cyprus’ advantages in attracting foreign investment will be hosted.
Paschalides will also meet around 20 Cypriot businessmen operating in Romania. He is due back in Cyprus on Friday, July 3.
