Primetel Plc (PTL) announced that it has entered into a contractual agreement with Reliance Globalcom, which owns and manages a private underwater cable system of optical fibres. The agreement holds for the use of the latter’s network in order to provide access to the Company to other international networks based on an alternative-independent infrastructure.
