Papantoniou and Spidernet deleted from Cyprus Stock Exchange

The CSE Council in agreement with the CySEC decided to delist the titles of C.A.C. Papantoniou Public Company Ltd (PAPA) and Spidernet Services Public Ltd (SNET) from the Exchange, effective May 18, 2009.
The majority shareholders in both companies proceeded successfully to acquire majority control and after the completion of the squeeze out of remaining minority shareholders, the CSE said both companies do not meet its minimum share capital dispersion criteria. In the case of PAPA, Charalambos, Antonis and Costas Papantoniou together with their subsidiaries hold 100% of the issued share capital.
In the case of SNET, Primetel Plc holds 100% of the issued share capital of the Company.
