Coffee Beanery franchise rights sold for Czech, Slovakia

Laser Investment Group Plc (LAS) announced the signing of the agreement between its subsidiary Coffee Beanery Europe Ltd and the Dutch company Global Market Consultants N.V, which concerns the sale of franchise rights for the Czech Republic and Slovakia against EUR800,000. The agreement was signed on May 5, 2009. Global Market Consultants N.V must undertake the management of 4 coffee-restaurants (3 in the Czech Republic and 1 in Slovakia) until May 2010. The agreement will be of 12 years and until its expiry Global
Market Consultants N.V Marketonsultants N.V must operate fully at least 12 coffee-restaurants . The company has secured the franchise rights for the period of 12 months from the date of signing of the agreement for Hungary and Poland against EUR 3.7 mln. According to the announcement this agreement affects positively the Company’s profitability and falls under its expansive policy.
