CIIM, RICS to host Cyprus real estate “crisis management” seminar

In a challenging time for the real estate industry, a crisis management seminar gives its participants the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills, and also to maximize their company’s success. The seminar, titled “Advanced Executive Course in Real Estate: Marketing & Selling Techniques for Real Estate”, is being organised on January 30-31 by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Cyprus, the Cyprus International Institute of Management-CIIM business school and the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus.
The seminar has been designed in such a way, as to give participants an in-depth view of new, specialized techniques for property marketing, applied worldwide, when it comes to marketing and sales, aiming to enhance their knowledge and skills in order to achieve maximum value for money.
The seminar will give participants the opportunity to achieve set objectives, such as master key principles of marketing and sales, learn to develop marketing and sales plans, understand property buyers’ behaviour, learn to identify potential customers, sharpen their presentation and negotiation skills, and learn how to better structure sales meetings and close the sale effectively.
The seminar will be presented by Frank Atkinson, Managing Director of the Sales Training Consultancy in the United Kingdom, who has extensive experience in training people who sell real estate, having also worked in Dubai and Spain. Mr. Atkinson’s clients include BMG Group in Dubai, Coast2Coast Properties in Spain, IBM, Halifax Direct, Eagle Star, Royal Insurance, Hitachi and Nuffield Hospital Group.
