Christis Christoforou re-elected CEO of Deloitte

Christis M. Christoforou has been elected Managing Partner and CEO of Deloitte Cyprus for another five-year term starting on January 1, 2009.
Under the present management, Deloitte has expanded rapidly and currently employs 420 who recorded a turnover of EUR 26 mln.
Christoforou said that the tax, audit and consultancy firm recently marked its 50th anniversary in Cyprus and strives towards maintaining standards of excellence.
Christis Christoforou is a member of the board and former chairman of the Association of Certified Accountants of Cyprus and currently serves on the boards of the Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA), the Nicosia Chamber of Commerce and the Cyprus-Middle east Business Council. He is also the Honorary Consul of Lithuania in Cyprus.
