Cyprus prov trade deficit widens by almost EUR 1 bln in October

The trade deficit based on provisional figures for October widened by almost EUR 1 bln in the first ten months of the year.
Total imports reached EUR 615.7 mln, of which EUR 441.0 mln were arrivals from the EU and EUR 174.7 mln imports from third countries.
Total exports reached EUR 88.3 mln, of which EUR 56.3 mln were dispatches to other EU member states and EUR 32.1 mln was exports to third countries.
The trade deficit was EUR 5,254 mln, which was EUR 925,469 mln higher than in the same period of 2007.
