K. Athienitis completes EUR 10 mln bond issue Cyprus

K. Athienitis Contractors-Developers Public (ACD.CY) announced the completion of the issue of 10,000 bonds of nominal value of EUR1,000 each for a total of EUR10 mln. The bonds’ interests and capital payments are both guaranteed by Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd. The Company has taken all necessary measures for the listing of the Bonds in the CSE while the commencement of the bonds’ trading day will be announced by the CSE at a later date.
