SFS stake in White Knight at 94.98% Cyprus

SFS Group Public Company Ltd (SFS.CY) announced that the rate of acceptance of the Public Offer together with the 94.32% of White Knight Holdings Public Company Ltd (WKH.CY) (204,368,923 WKH shares) that SFS and its subsidiary Franston Ltd hold, gives to SFS 94.98% of the issued share capital of WKH. In another development, SFS has applied to the SEC for the exercise of a squeeze out pursuant to article 36 of Law so as to increase its stake in WKH to up to 100% of the share capital of WKH. The exchange that will be offered during the exercise of the squeeze out for the acquisition of the remaining shares of WKH equals to the offered consideration of the Public Offer, which stands at EUR0.35/share of WKH in cash.
