Bank of Cyprus interest on capital securities

The interest for the quarter 20/06/2008 -19/09/2008 on the Capital Securities 12/2007 issued by Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd will be paid on 20th September 2008. The record date for those eligible to the interest payment is 5th September 2008, that is buy transactions that take place before market close of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) on 5th September 2008 will be eligible to the interest payment.
Furthermore, those eligible to the interest payment will be holders of the above mentioned Capital Securities following off-the-Exchange transfers completed on the 5th September 2008.
