Marfin Popular capital securities list on CSE

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announced that it has accepted the listing of 116,159 Capital Securities of Marfin Popular Bank Public Co (CPB) of nominal value EUR1000 each with a stable annual rate of 6.50% for the first four three-month periods. Then, the interest rate will be revised at the beginning of each period and would be set according to the then 3-month EURIBOR plus 1.50%. The interest will be payable 4 times a year, on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of each year. The trading of the Capital Securities commenced on 25 July 2008, 2008 under the code CPBCS.
