Cyprus Airways to issue shares

The Board of Directors of Cyprus Airways Pcl (CAIR) has decided to proceed with the issue of 20mln shares under a share option scheme offered to CAIR’s employees following approval from the company’s EGM. The exercise price of each share option, which will be converted into 1 new CAIR share, is set at EUR 0.09 per share.
