Libra: Board changes

It is hereby announced that the board of directors of Libra Holidays Group Plc at the meeting held on 11th July 2008 Mr. Yiannos Pantazis was appointed as a new Managing Director, taking the place of Mr. Andreas Drakou who was appointed Executive Vice Chairman, and Mr. Lambros Georgiou was appointed Finance Director.
