CSE: Aristo Developers to be delisted

The CSE Council in agreement with the SEC decided to delist the title of Aristo Developers Plc (ARD.CY) pursuant from the CSE pursuant to Article 178(1) of the CSE Law, in view of the fact that after the finalization of the procedure for the acquisition of the Company by Dolphin Capital Atlantis Ltd, Dolphin Capital Atlantis Ltd acquired 100% of the Company's share capital.
The titles will be delisted on Thursday, May 15, 2008.
