Greeks, Czechs and Poles warm up in Cyprus for Euro 2008

NICOSIA (Reuters) – European champions Greece, Poland and Czech Republic will warm up for Euro 2008 in a friendly tournament in Cyprus that kicks off this weekend.

Finland, who will not be going to Austria and Switzerland in June, are also taking part in the event starting on Saturday with their game against the Poles in Paphos.

The Czechs have a particular score to settle with Greece, who beat them in the semi-finals of Euro 2004, when the two sides meet again next Tuesday in Nicosia.
