Droushia Heights Hotel sold

D.H. Cyprotels Plc, continuing its strategy of disposing the small and not productive units, has agreed and sold Droushia Heights Hotel at Droushia Village for the amount of EUR 2,750,848/ CYP1,610,000 net. The above transaction is expected to be completed by the end of February 2008.
DHH will continue to operate the Hotel until 30th of September 2008. The buyer of the hotel is Island Holdings Ltd, in which Antonis Pissarides, a member of the Board, will participate in future.
