Ford Cyprus distributor Michael’s Automotive chooses VMS Camaleon

Michaels Automotive, the best-selling Ford dealership in Cyprus, signed a contract with Logicom subsidiary, Noesis, for the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics Nav ERP system coupled with Noesis’ Automotive Management Solution, VMS Camaleon.

The objective was the modernization of the dealership’s internal systems and the replacement of the existing SAP/R3 system with new information technologies for the improvement in the level of services it provides customers and the extraction of key management information. The overall system covers all the functionality required by a company operating in the automotive retail business and includes purchases, sales, orders, maintenance, parts, serviceand financial management components.

Michaels Automotive has enjoyed an impressive growth rate in last two years, taking 14% of the local market and first place in the sales of new cars.

“With the implementation of this new system, we will acquire the means with which to improve the level of customer service even further, both through improvement in the quality and production of vital information and improvements in operational procedures,” said Michaels Automotive chairman Michael Michael.
