Unigrowth: Reminder for warrant exercise

All warrant holders of Unigrowth Investments Public Ltd are informed that the warrant exercise period is November 1 – 15, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Warrant holders who wish to exercise their warrants must submit the warrant exercise price of CYP0.13 or EUR0.2232 per warrant.
For every warrant exercised, 1 warrant will be allocated gratis with an exercise price of CYP0.17 (EUR0.2918). It will be exercisable on November 1 – 15, 2010, 2011, 2012.
It is noted that all warrant holders should seriously consider the share’s trading price at the CSE during the time of exercising the warrants. It is noted the share’s price after the current announcement stands at EUR0.42.
