The Attorney general of Cyprus said that part of the Kallis report concerning the civil responsibilities and the minutes of the procedure are at the disposal of the relatives of the victims of the Helios Airways plane crash, so that they can file lawsuits in Greek courts within the two-year statute of limitations.
The lawyers of the interested parties had a meeting with the Attorney General Petros Clerides, after which the public official and the Chief of Police announced that the relatives can obtain the available evidence from the Law Office.

Only the conclusions and the criminal actions will not be made available to the relatives in order not to jeopardise the case.
All 121 passengers and crew on board the Helios Airways Boeing 737, on its way to Prague via Athens, were killed when the plane crashed north of the Greek capital on August 14, 2005, with relatives fearing that the lack of progress in prosecutions by the Cyprus authorities would prevent any real action within the two-year statute of limitations.
