Aspis reports that 28.5m Rights were exercised

Aspis Holdings Public Company Ltd (MFS) announced that of the recent Rights Issue of  32,330,454, a total of 28,526,715 Rights have been exercised. With the exercise of Rights, 19,017,810 new shares of nominal value CYP0.40 each have resulted, which correspond to CYP7,607,124, that is, CYP0.40 per share. The Allocation Letters have been posted to the beneficiaries.
All unexercised Rights, which stand at 3,803,739, will be disposed at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors and under the same price and terms, with a sale price of CYP0.40 per new issued share. The procedure of all unexercised rights will be completed within 7 days from the release of the specific announcement.
The new shares that will result from the exercise of Rights will be registered in the Company’s register and their trading in the CSE will commence on June 28, 2007.
