KNO, EFR, CFL in Special Category

The CSE Council decided to transfer the titles of Knossos Investment Public Ltd, Efremico Holdings Public Ltd and Ceilfloor Public Company Ltd from the Special Characteristics Market to the Special Trading Category, pursuant to the provision (c) of Paragraph 2.2.3 of KPD 596/2005 on the transfer of companies to the Special Trading Category due to the uncertainty for the issuer’s viability as mentioned in the Auditors’ Report on the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006.
The companies will be transferred to the Special Trading Category on Friday, June 22, 2007.
Suphire Holdings Public Ltd, Plyntex Public Ltd, SAFS Holdings Public Ltd, Pipis Bros Farm Public Company Ltd and Xenos Travel Public Ltd, which are trading in the Special Trading Category, will remain in the specific market.
