Alliance AGM approves dividend

The Annual General Meeting of Alliance International Reinsurance Public Company Limited, which took place on 31 May 2007in Limassol approved the payment of a final dividend of 7% on the nominal value of each share, thus CYP 0,007 (EUR0,012) for 2006, which, together with the interim dividend of CYP 0,007 (EUR0,012) paid in December 2006, brings the total dividend for 2006 to CYP 0,014 (EUR0,024) per share or 14% on the nominal value of each share.
The cum-dividend date will be on 12 June 2007, while the ex-dividend date will be on 13 June, 2007. As a result, transactions carried out until Friday, 12 June 2007 inclusive will be cum-dividend. The final dividend will be paid on 9 July 2007.
The AGM also decided to reelect Messrs John H. Howes, Brian D. Young and Michalis Polydorides as Board members. Sofyan Khatib was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors
