Industrial turnover at 120.6 in Feb 2007

According to the Statistical Service, the Industrial Turnover Index (Mining and Quarrying, Manufacturing, Electricity, Gas and Water Supply) for February 2007 reached 120.6 units (Base 2000=100). For February 2007 the Index recorded an increase of 7.3% compared to February 2006. For the period January-February 2007 the index recorded an increase of 9.6% compared to the same period of the previous year. For Manufacturing, the Index for February 2007 reached 115.7 units, recording an increase of 8.2% compared to February 2006.
