The CSE Council, in full agreement with the Cyprus SEC decided to delist the titles of Global Consolidator Public Ltd from the CSE due to its failure to meet its obligations resulting from the CSE Regulatory Decisions 596/2005 on the announcement of significant information in relation to the Company and to provide all necessary guarantees for the protection of investors.

Global has failed to submit its unaudited six-month results on June 390, 2007, after the Company decided to move towards dissolution after its decision to terminate all its activities.
According to the auditors’ report 2006, there is an uncertainty on the issuer’s ability to continue as an active business. This decision is directly related to the issue of a court decree that does not allow to the company the sale and transfer of its properties.
The trading of its titles will be suspended on Friday, May 25, 2007. The last day of trading is May 24, 2007 and the titles will be delisted on Friday, June 1, 2007.
