Champignon transferred to Special Category

The CSE Council decided to transfer the titles of “Champignon (Cyprus) Public Company Ltd” to the Special Category Market due to its failure to issue the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended December 31, 2006, pursuant to Article 140(1) of N.115 (I)/2005 and Paragraph 2.2.3(b) of KPD 596/2005. The trading of its titles in the Special Category Market will commence on Monday, May 7, 2007.
It is noted that “New Marathon Tours Public Co Ltd”, which is already trading in the Special Category Market, has not submitted its annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006 yet.
