Ellinas AGM approves dividend of 3 cents

The Annual General Meeting of Ellinas Finance, which took place on April 27, 2007 at the Company’s Head Office in Nicosia approved the Board proposal to pay a dividend of CYP0.03 per share of CYP0.36 or 8.33% of the nominal value of the share for 2006. The cum-dividend date will be on May 7, 2007, while the ex-dividend date will be on May 8, 2007. The divided will be paid to the shareholders in Cyprus pounds and the cheques will be posted by June 7, 2007.
