Albanian authorities approve Aspis acquisition

Aspis Holding Public Company Ltd announced that on April 25, 2007, the Albanian Authorities Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) announced to Interalbanian Sha that they have approved the acquisition of 51% of its share capital by Aspis Holdings Public Company Ltd.
Following this approval, Aspis Holdings will proceed to the finalization of the agreement and the transfer of the shares of Interalbanian Sha to its benefit.
The Company also announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for May 28, official holiday, has been transferred for May 29, 2007 at 11.00 am at the Company’s Head Office.
