Prochoice to list new shares

The CSE Council announced that it has accepted the listing of 2,889,282 shares of A.L Prochoice Group Public Ltd, which have resulted from the exercise of bonds, which had been granted to the shareholders of Expresstock Financial Services Ltd at the acquisition of the company in 2002.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will rise to 70,525,247 ordinary shares of nominal value CYP0.05 each. Trading will commence on Friday, April 13, 2007.
