Stario declares 1 cent dividend

The Board of Directors of Stario Portfolio Investments Public Company Ltd decided to propose to the AGM the payment of a dividend of 1 cent per share, that is, 10% on the nominal value of the share.  It will also propose a dividend reinvestment plan.  The acquisition price will be set on the basis of the average stock market value minus 12% in the first five business days after the record date, which will be announced at a later stage, together with the terms and conditions of the reinvestment plan. 

The Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 5, 2007 in Nicosia.
