MFS rights clarifications

The Board of Directors of Aspis Holdings (formerly MFS) clarifies that April 11, 2007 is the last date for shareholders of Aspis Holdings Plc to be eligible to receive the bonus rights in the ratio of 1 Right for every share held.
For every three rights held, the shareholder will have the right to acquire 2 Company’s shares of nominal value CYP0.40 each at the price of CYP0.40 each.
That is, if a shareholder holds 90 shares as at April 11, 2007, he/she will be entitled of 90 rights, which – if exercised – will give to the shareholder 60 new shares paying the sum of CYP24. Any fractural balances that might arise from the exercise of rights – below 0.5 – will be ignored, while the fractural balances equal or above 0.5 will be completed.
The Rights will trade in the CSE from May 8, 2007 to May 29, 2007.
After the expiry of their trading, their holders will be able to exercise them during the exercise period, from June 1, 2007 to June 7, 2007.
The new shares that will results from the rights exercise will be listed in the CSE on May 28, 2007.
