Aspis to list new shares and Rights

The CSE Council announces that it has accepted the listing of 14,937,553 shares of Aspis Holdings Public Company Ltd (allocation to strategic investors), as well as the listing of 32,330,454 Rights of the same issuer.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will rise to 32,330,454 shares.
As for the listing of Rights, it is noted that a new announcement with additional information will be released by the CSE.
The trading of the 14,937,553 shares will commence on Tuesday, April 3, 2007.
