Aspis paying cash to UL shareholders

Aspis Holdings Pcl (MFS) announced that the shareholders of Universal Life Insurance Public Co. Ltd, who have accepted the Public Offer of Aspis until March 15, 2007 will be able to receive their money from the office of SFS Securities & Financial Services Ltd.
All shareholders who will accept the Public Offer from March 16 until 31 2007will receive their money on Monday, April 2, 2007.
