Demetra Inv meets on dividend, buyback

The Board of Directors of Demetra Investments Public Limited announces that the Board will meet on Friday, March 23, 2007 at 1.00 pm to examine the final audited results for the year ended December 31, 2006. Set the data for the Annual General Meeting. Decide on the level of dividend to be proposed to the AGM and suggest a possible share buyback programme.
