HB to list new shares

The CSE Council announced that it has accepted the listing of 1,705,007 ordinary shares of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd, which have resulted from the reinvestment of interim dividend in 2006.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will rise to 241,924,699 shares.
Trading will commence on Tuesday, January 16, 2007.
