CIIM offers ‘mini’ MBA

Executives and managers looking for fast professional training of a very high – calibre can apply to the Cyprus International Institute of Management CIIM, to reserve a place on its prestigious Executive Development Programme, organized from March to June 2007, at CIIM’s Nicosia premises.

The EDP is a management training programme comparable to a compact executive ‘mini’ MBA. Taught by world-class MBA faculty, it is customised to meet the immediate needs of managers and executives, without interfering with their busy work schedules. The EDP extends over sixteen sessions in a four month period and covers essential and diverse subjects; classic management topics are explored like Finance for Non-Financial Managers, Strategic Project Management, Managing Strategic Change and People Managing. In addition, softer management skills are taught on the programme, including Effective Communication and Presentation Skills, Marketing and Customer Relations, Negotiating Skills, Personal and Professional Development.

The modules will be presented by well-respected Professors of CIIM, Oxford University, ESSEC Institute of Research in France, University College Dublin and Cranfield School of Management, who are experts in their respective fields and have excellent academic qualifications, as well as extensive industry experience. All sessions are interactive and in small groups. Upon successful completion of the programme participants receive a CIIM Certificate of attendance. Successful executives who took part in previous EDPs run by CIIM have been enthusiastic about the high quality of the course, the networking opportunities it offers, the exciting mix of participants from different industries and its high relevance to everyday business situations.

As a maximum of 25 participants can take the course, interested managers and executives, are advised to apply as early as possible, to ensure a place on the programme.
