Liberty to change name to Aspis Liberty

The Board of Directors of Liberty Life Insurance Public Company Ltd announced that at the meeting held on January 8, 2007 at the Company’s Head Office in Nicosia, it was decided to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on Friday, February 2, 2007 at 11.00 am at the Company’s Training Center to authorize the Board of Directors to proceed with all necessary actions for the change of the Company’s name from Liberty Life Insurance Public Company Ltd to Aspis Liberty Life Insurance Public Company Ltd to the Department of the Registrar of Companies, as soon as it is approved by the Insurance Superintendent.
