Cytrustees Board meets on BOCY bid

Further to the announcement of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited on Friday, January 5, 2007 on the approval and publication of the Information Memorandum for the acquisition of up to 50% plus 1 share of the issued share capital of Cytrustees Investment Public Company Limited, the Company announced that the Board of Directors will prepare a document, which will state and justify its view on the Public Offer the soonest possible, no more than 10 business days from the date of publication of the Information Memorandum.  The Company has already appointed an independent expert for the preparation of the report and the Board of Directors will hold a meeting on Monday, January 15, 2007 to examine the issue.
