Cyprus industrial output prices up 4.4% in Jan-Nov

According to the Statistical Service Cystat, industrial output prices rose only slightly in November, as the index reached 124.1 (base 2000=100), a rise of 0.1% compared with the previous month.

For the period January-November 2006, industrial output prices rose by 4.4% compared with the same period of 2005.

Prices for export (5.1%) rose faster in this period than prices for local consumption (4.3%).

By industrial sector, prices of electricity, gas and water rose by 15.1% in January-November, prices of mining rose by 4.1% and prices of manufacturing rose by 3.0%.
