SFS warrants exercised

SFS Group Public Company Limited (SFS) announced that on December 1, 2006 a total of 3,879,187 warrants (2005/2007 )have been exercised. SFS, therefore, proceeded to the issue and allocation of 3,879,187 new ordinary shares of nominal value 10 cent each to all warrant holders who exercised their warrants to the ratio of 1 share for every Warrant 2005/2007 exercised, and applied for their listing in the CSE.
The allocation letters for the new shares have been posted to the shareholders on December 5, 2006. Their trading in the CSE will commence at a date to be set by the CSE at a later stage.
