CLR approves bonus shares

CLR Capital Pcl (CLR) received shareholder approval during the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders for the issue of 28,469,830 bonus shares of nominal value of 10 cent each to be distributed to its shareholders in a ratio of 1 bonus share for every 7.08118 shares held.

An amount of CYP 2.85 mln will be used for the bonus shares from the capitalization of the share premium account. The share capital reduction is subject to approval from the Nicosia District Court.
