Louis declares dividend

The Board of Directors of Louis Public Co. Ltd. approved the final 2005 results and proposed to the AGM a dividend payment of 0.75 cent per share to shareholders registered as at 17 July 2006. Subject to the AGM’s approval the ex-dividend date is set on 13 July 2006.

Additionally the Board also proposed to the AGM the change of the Company’s name to Louis Plc.
