Papadopoulos – Schuessel confer in Vienna

Cypriot President Tassos Papadopoulos continues a working visit to Vienna, where today he will meet with Chancellor Wolfgang Schuessel, current President of the European Council, Katerina Nicolaou reports for the (CNA).

Their talks are expected to focus on the Cyprus issue, Turkey – EU relations, EU regulations for the Turkish Cypriots and European issues.

The President will be welcomed by Chancellor Schuessel at 1230, local time, (1130 GMT), and the two leaders will hold talks and give a joint press conference.

Following the meeting at the Federal Chancellery, and a working lunch hosted by Schuessel, President Papadopoulos will have meetings with representatives of Greeks and Greek Cypriots in Austria.
