Muskita cleared

The Competition Committee unanimously decided to terminate its investigation against Muskita Aluminium Industries Pcl (MAI) for possible abuse of its dominant position in the local aluminium market. According to the Committee’s announcement, the investigation began on 19 February 2002 and after a long lapse of time, any decision by

the Committee against MAI would not reflect the legal grounds, according to which, the Competition Committee decides to commence its investigation against a Company.
