Neoderma gets new CYP 3.5 mln factory

Rolandos Enterprises (Public) Ltd Group has inaugurated its state-of-the-art new Neoderma Cosmetics factory on the outskirts of Nicosia in a grand ceremony attended by many dignitaries.

Rolandos Loizou, founder of Neoderma and Chairman of the CSE-listed Rolandos Enterprises, told the Financial Mirror that after two-and-half years of hard work, the brand new Neoderma factory is now a reality.

The estimated CYP 3.5 mln factory, which also incorporates the Group’s offices, a modern conference centre, work-shops and R&D centre is spread over 8.500 sq. metres just outside of Nicosia, next to the new GSM stadium and in the Strovolos Industrial compound.

Loizou told the Financial Mirror that the Neoderma factory meets all EU directives on hygiene and quality and the machinery is so advanced that in addition to cosmetics, the production units may also be used to produce pharmaceutical products if the need arises.

“We have built one of the most advanced state-of-the-art units that will ensure that not only it meets our future production needs, but also allows us to increase our penetration in overseas markets,” said Loizou.

Neoderma products, which are already sold in over 23 countries, have a goofd chance to enter new lucrative markets, such as those of the U.S., Taiwan, Malaysia and others, he said.
