Mitsides secures green-light for dual listing

Chr. & K. Mitsides Ltd. has received the blessing of the Board of Directors of the Athens Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange Council for a dual listing on the ASE and the CSE.

Mitsides will list its shares in the Parallel Market of the ASE and the CSE in the first dual listing to ever take place on both exchanges. In a joint announcement on Thursday, June 30, 2005, it was reported that 20% of the new shares will be offered in the Greek market and 10% in the Cyprus market.

The IPO will start immediately after the relevant permission is secured from the Securities & Exchange Commissions of both markets.
