According to a US State Department press release, Ambassador Halil Akinci, Director General for Bilateral Affairs at the Turkish Foreign Ministry, met with an interagency team led by Deputy Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs, Ambasador Laura Kennedy to discuss Eurasian issues.
