yoo to launch Cyprus project by Philippe Starck

yoo, the global design, development and branding firm is to launch a luxury coastline project in Cyprus under the ‘yoo inspired by Starck’ brand, headed by the one of the world’s most revered designers Philippe Starck.

Developed by Rosly Investments Ltd., 51 villas and eight apartments will be created on the Limassol beach front near the Le Meridien resort. The landmark project will break ground in 2014 and will combine a secluded Mediterranean location, unique design and the very best in luxury amenities such as premium cars with 24 hour drivers, concierge service, fishing and yacht clubs, a spa and beauty salon, cinema and amphitheatre.
