CYPRUS: Clarifications by Noble on LNG plant

Noble Energy issued clarifications with regard to comments made by Noble`s country manager John Tomich concerning an LNG plant in Cyprus.

“Noble Energy is the operator of Block 12. In this context, the Government of Cyprus is working closely with Noble Energy on a structure for the LNG plant at Vasilikos that could also include other potential partners,” a press release issued by Noble writes.

Tomich`s remarks were made during a press conference briefing for the Eastern Mediterranean Gas Conference to be held in Nicosia in March next year.
